A practice built on staying.
We are a small wellbeing practice for people in real moments, not a brand. The work is steady company through growth, access, and loss, offered with the calm authority of a clinic you can trust.
We got tired of cold systems.
Steadwick began in 2016, after years of watching people get handed forms instead of care, and slogans instead of honesty. We wanted a place that felt like a steady hand on the shoulder, not a waiting room.
So we built one. A practice where the language is plain, the pace is yours, and nobody is asked to be okay before they are. Whether the passage is emotional, practical, or both, we stay with it.
- Confidential from your first message
- No pressure, no scripts, no toxic positivity
- Real follow up between sessions
Four things we will not bend on.
Calm that holds
We stay level when things feel loose, so you have something solid to lean on while you find your footing.
No jargon walls
Clarity is a kindness. We explain feelings, options, and paperwork in language you can actually use.
You set the pace
You are never a case number here. We move with your consent, your timing, and your goals.
We stay with it
Support that vanishes is not support. We follow up and keep the door open after the session ends.
The people you will actually meet.
Small by design. You work with the same steady faces, not a rotating queue.
Rosa Wendt
Founder, lead practitioner
Started Steadwick in 2016 after years inside systems that treated people like paperwork. Holds growth and grief work with calm, level attention.
Caleb Norrish
Accessibility navigator
Knows the documentation maze inside out and translates it into plain steps. Stays beside clients until the thing is actually done.
Imara Fontaine
Group facilitator
Holds small circles where honesty is safe and no one performs being fine. Believes connection is its own kind of medicine.
Curious whether we are a fit?
The honest answer comes from one short call. No commitment, no sales pressure, just a real conversation about what you need.
